It is for sure geared towards pay yo play. However, the game can easily be played without paying for premium content, but you need to have a strategic plan in place early. I suggest playing it a couple of times and then uninstalling and reinstalling to 'restart.' The poor English is easy to get by and actually entertaining (my girlfriend is Russian and she also had a laugh about it). The game needs refinement in my opinion, but has a wonderful concept and is on it's way to a very good game. Worth a download and a play.
