So I've got the devices set up in DEP and they're all populating into my Meraki MDM network which is nice. However, the majority of our devices were already out in the field. The new devices, we should be able to capture and fully manage/supervise them. Its just a matter of training my helpdesk guys to go through the appropriate process. Something happened recently that prompted the need to look into the configuration of MDM. The iOS 11 update did something weird and re-enabled the local mail app and devices that were using a shared Apple ID (over 100 devices, what a mess) all started using the same e-mail address in the 'reply' field.
